As the applicable store rule, card processing is performed through encrypted Shopify and approved provider systems, so touchland does not store full card numbers or security codes. The financial institution controls authorization holds, additional checks, approval, and decline decisions.

In plain terms, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

As the applicable store rule, the original payment account receives every approved refund, with issuer processing commonly taking 5-10 business days after the credit is released.
